How Payment Works

Strategy session. During your call, SYNERGY shares a combined proposal + contract document detailing pricing packages (setup fee + monthly retainer).
You sign and return. Review the document, confirm your chosen tier and agreed fees, sign, and return it to SYNERGY.
We send an invoice. Based on the agreed amount in your signed contract, you receive a branded invoice by email with bank transfer details.
You pay and build begins. Once payment is received, you get an automatic confirmation with receipt attached and a link to track build progress. Work commences within 5 business days.

Prefer to Wire Funds Directly?

For clients whose finance teams prefer to initiate the transfer themselves. We'll send local account details (USD/GBP/EUR/CAD) on request — they look like a normal domestic account in your country, so no SWIFT forms or international wire fees.

Why we don't show account numbers publicly: These are unique per-invoice account details, rotated periodically for security. Email hello@synergyroa.com with your proposal reference and we'll send a branded invoice within one business day.

Payment terms: 50% setup deposit due within 3 business days of contract signature; work commences upon receipt. 50% balance due within 7 days of delivery. Retainer begins Day 15 after delivery (14-day stabilization period included free). Invoices issued by email with local bank transfer details. Late payment (14+ days) accrues 1.5% interest per month; services may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment.
